Easier Stopping For Terex Backhoe Loaders

Coventry, England, August 2015 – Global equipment solutions provider, Terex Construction, has announced an upgrade to its backhoe loader range. After VIN serial 3658, all Terex TLB 840, 890 and 990 loaders produced at the Coventry factory will be fitted with boosted brake technology.

The improvement is a response to customer feedback suggesting improvements as part of the continued drive to give customers the right product for the job. As a result, Terex has introduced the updated feature in order to maintain safe and effective braking performance while reducing operator fatigue.

Neal Nowick, General Manager of Terex Construction’s Coventry facility, commented: “We are continually looking to evolve our product offering in line with the changing demands of the marketplace. Following comments around brake pedal effort, we have added boosted brake technology to our TLB 840, 890 and 990 loaders, which will come at no additional cost to the end user. This updated design will deliver enhanced comfort and reduce the effort required, leaving operators able to concentrate on the job at hand.”
