Terex Challenger 3160
As compact as it is powerful, the new Terex Challenger 3160 is the only 3-axle, 55-tonne class capacity machine currently available that is designed for one-man operation. Offering a maximum lifting capacity of 35.6-tonnes at 4-meter radius, and equipped with a 50-metre, single cylinder telescopic boom, the new Terex Challenger 3160 provides self-contained, one-man operation within 12-tonne axle-load limitations. In countries where axle load limits are 10-tonnes, the crane can de-rig its own counterweight to reduce weight to less than 30 tonnes.

Terex® TC 2800-1 erects wind turbine in the Swiss Alps
Crane service provider Welti-Furrer Pneukran & Spezialtransporte AG erected a 2.3-megawatt Enercon E-70 wind turbine at an altitude of 2,465 meters, near the border between Switzerland and Italy, on behalf of German company Enercon GmbH. The company relied on a Terex® TC 2800-1 lattice boom truck crane to perform the lift.
Riga Crane Service used a Terex CC2500 Crawler Crane to lift A Bridge
Mainz-based crane service provider Riga lifted a 265-tonne, 70 meter-long steel footbridge over the A6 freeway near Kaiserslautern on the night of Saturday, September 29th, 2012. The constrained space conditions at the freeway made the Terex® CC 2500-1 crawler crane the first choice for the lift.

Crane service provider Felbermayr recently replaced four gigantic whey tanks at Crane service provider Felbermayr recently replaced four gigantic whey tanks at Sachsenmilch GmbH's Leppersdorf facility, where the Terex AC 1000 all-terrain crane proved to be the ideal machine for the job thanks to its long reach and incredibly large lifting capacity. However, before the lift even started, a number of unique challenges awaited the Felbermayr team and our AC 1000 at the so called "Milky Way" plant.
