TAC 770
The TAC Woodsman 770 has a throat opening of 19" high x 24" wide that is ideal for large tree removal. At the heart of the machine is our 37" diameter x 24" wide full knife pocket chipping drum and our rear-pivoting feed wheel which is driven by two gear boxes.
This chipper is less than 10,000 lbs. and comes standard with a single axle. Tandem axles are optional. The single feed wheel design that has made Terex chippers the "chipper of choice", allows large diameter, limb tops and fibrous material to be processed with limited trimming. The unit is available with an optional hydraulic winch that draws material to the chipper and limits the need for additional equipment at the job site
The Model 770 is available with engines up to 250-HP.
