Terex® Simplicity OAC Series Horizontal Screens 

The Terex® Simplicity OAC horizontal screen is designed to operate in stationary and portable plants where load height and travel height must be held to a minimum. OAC horizontal screens are used in a variety of applications and work well for intermediate sizing and finish screening.

OAC horizontal screens are available in a wide variety of sizes and deck styles to accommodate virtually any application. Sizes range from 4’ x 8’ single deck units to 8’ x 20’ two deck units.

Base Unit:

  • Huck-bolted screen box construction (no welds).
  • Bolt-on feed box with replaceable bottom liner.
  • 6” discharge lips with liners.
  • Abrasion resistant steel lip liners.
  • Single crown decks
  • Coil suspension springs.
  • Rubber friction checks.
  • Right hand drive standard; Left hand drive available.

 

 

  • Wedge tensioning for wire cloth.
  • Spray system includes a steel tube manifold and fabricated structure to support the individual spray bars to the screen base frame.Each spray bar comes complete with evenly spaced holes, spray nozzles, control valve, urethane side plate seals (non-vibrating only) and mounting clamps (vibrating only).
  • Special length discharge lips.Factory needs to be consulted for lips other than standard.
