1921
Company name is changed to Koehring Company and introduces Crane and Excavator product line.

1967
Koehring Corp acquires Thew-Lorain Company.

1980
AMCA International purchases Koehring Company.

1987
Northwest Engineering acquires crane and excavator assets of Koehring Company.

1987
Northwest Engineering acquires Terex Corporation, and through merger, name is changed to Terex Corporation.
