The Programme

You will be appointed to a mentor and full training throughout the programme, including a full induction to Terex and our business and our products. Over 2 years, you will be given experience in many areas of the business relative to your role and assessed and supported regularly to stretch you to your limits. At the end of the scheme you will be offered a permanent position relative to your skills, experience and the needs of the business.
