The CRV2000 Portable Vertical Shaft Impactor Plant features the world-renowned 2000 Vertical Shaft Impactor(VSI),  which is available in several chamber configurations. This portable all-electric plant comes in both single or dual drive.

The VSI Portable Plant is designed for high-performance crushing with ease of maintenance and mobility in mind. It features wide diamond plate “shovel-able” platforms for safe and convenient access, along with single or dual vertical drives to accommodate various application needs. An integrated lid lifter simplifies maintenance, while the 15 HP, 48-inch wide covered conveyor with a discharge hood ensures efficient material flow.

The CRV2000 portable VSI plant offers optional removable switchgear with CCM automation for advanced control,  optional crank or hydraulic jacks for easy setup and stability, and a 2 HP crusher lube unit. Built for mobility, the plant features tandem axles, making transportation between job sites more efficient.
