TEREX ADVANCE MIXER AND TEREX SERVICES TO ENHANCE PRODUCT SUPPORT NATIONWIDE

Terex Advance and Terex Services jointly announce the implementation of enhanced customer service to concreteproducers and mixer truck owners. Terex will augment the services and repairs of Terex Advance customer’s equipment by providing on-site support and parts at Terex Services facilities.

Mark Aubry, Director of Customer Engagement for Terex Advance said “We are excited to announce our enhanced support to customers via Terex Services.  It is a key milestone in a campaign to solidify a cross country service and parts network for Terex Advance Mixer trucks and the customers we serve.  As our products continue to become more technologically advanced and sophisticated, our customers require increasing product and geographic support - both through field service and traditional 'brick and mortar' outlets. All Terex Services technicians will be factory trained to work on Terex Advance Mixer trucks and each Terex Services location will have access to common replacement service parts in order to facilitate faster uptimes for customer vehicles. Terex has listened and isdelivering an integrated solution to our customers.”

Richard Gunderman, Director of Operations for Terex Services said “We are pleased that we are able to support Terex Advance customers with our expanded field service team and brick and mortar facilities. We believe this willprovide owners significant advantages including the expanded coverage, stocking of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, and highly trained service technicians who provide an extensive range of products andservices. By increasing our level of service and support we can help ensure your equipment stays working when you need it.”

The enhanced capabilities will initially be focused in the fast-growing Southeastern U.S. at Terex Services facilities in Whitehouse, TN and Charlotte, NC. The network will be expanded to cover the entire United States in the coming year.
