Zweibrücken is a city in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, on the Schwarzbach river at the border of the Palatinate forest in southwest Germany.
Zweibrücken is located west of the city of Frankfurt am Main (183km / 114miles) and has a population of 34,842.
In 1827 the Dinglerwerke were founded by Christian Dingler. In 1950 the first Telescopic Boom Crane with 2,5 t lifting capacity was built. In 1987 the largest Lattice-Boom Crawler Crane with 1.000 t capacity was presented. In 2002 the company became a part of Terex Corporation.

Zweibrücken has witnessed the manufacture of construction machines there since 1827. Everything started with the production of grain and oil mills. The first simple crane designs for the coal and steel industries were developed at the end of the 19th century. Thanks to a dizzying number of technological masterstrokes, the company rose to prominence during the 50s. Zweibrücken has been part of Terex® Cranes since 2002.

All Terrain Cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 40-60 t (metric) / 44-66 tons (US). It is a very versatile crane that can be used for a wide range of lifting needs in a variety of terrain (off and on the highway) and then quickly moved to another job.
Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes. Terex offers a broad product range and is market leader for Crawler Cranes above 300 t lifting capacity (300-3,200 t (metric) / 330-3,525 tons (US)). The machine is primarily used in the petrochemical industry, power plant construction and infrastructure
