Zweibrücken, Germany, December 10, 2010 – Terex Cranes is taking customer support to the next level with the launch of its new “Service Plus” Support Line, which has been available to customers throughout Europe since December 1st, 2010.


As the name suggests, Terex Cranes “Service Plus” Support Line comes as an addition to the company’s existing service, offering full time availability for faster service and spare parts solutions on a 24/7 basis, Europe-wide.


“The Service Plus Support Line is available in five languages (English, German, Spanish, French and Italian). Once customers have placed an initial call, they will be able to rely on direct feedback from one of our local cranes specialists,” said Dr. Frank Schröder, Director Parts and Service, Terex Cranes. “Availability and responsiveness are key elements for us in order to keep our customers’ cranes up and running by offering the right advice and spare parts service at the right time.”


Terex Cranes “Service Plus” Support Line is now available on toll-free number +8000 6983739 (+8000-MYTEREX), or alternatively +49 6332 831111 at standard international call rates.


For our customers in the USA, the equivalent service will still be available from the local product support line at 1 877 698-3739 (1 877-MYTEREX).
