Engaging our Team
Engagement is a foundational element of our Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Team Members can raise issues, make recommendations and solve problems in the shop floor daily management system. Each team member receives initial and on-going safety and environmental training throughout their career. Course formats include online, classroom, practical hands-on and tool box talk style education on basic topics such as emergency preparedness and waste management as well as skills-focused topics such as equipment operator training.
Service Managers, Field Engineers, Operations and Human Resources all have opportunities to contribute to the development of standard practices through the HSE council.
Every two years as part of our Team Member Engagement survey, we ask Team Members to evaluate our safety commitment.
