While attracting the best talent is critical, equally important is creating a work environment where our team members can thrive and grow. We invest in our team members, providing classroom training, such as our Success programs that focus on the skills and behaviors that will make them most effective. We have numerous on-line training offerings as part of Terex University. We have mentoring programs and opportunities for job rotations and developmental assignments.
Where practical, we offer flexibility. Our “Works for Me!” program in the U.S. provides the opportunity for team members to flex where they work and when they work. We also have a global recognition program called “Crowning Achievement” that allows team members to be rewarded for their good work.
