Franna®, a global manufacturer of pick and carry cranes, is proud to announce its participation at the 2025 CICA Conference in Brisbane, from October 15-17, a standout event in the Franna calendar. This year’s showcase will see Franna join forces with long-time customer Membrey’s Transport & Crane Hire to spotlight and raise funds for mental health awareness.
The MAC25-5is a mobile articulated crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 25 tonnes (27 USt). Renowned for its safety, roadability, intuitive operation, and versatility, the MAC25-5 has proven itself across countless challenging lifting applications. Also featured at CICA 2025 will be Universal Cranes new Franna AT40-2, a pick and carry crane with a massive 40-tonne (44 USt) lift capacity. Capable of reaching road speeds up to 80km/h and with 44% more load moment than the MAC25-5, the AT40-2 delivers speed, and performance, as well as the safety features Franna is renowned for.
Franna’s presence at CICA extends beyond the exhibition floor, with General Manager Danny Black participating in the Manufacturers’ Panel on Thursday, 16 October, followed by a Technical Presentation on the Franna Telematic Value Proposition by Engineering Director Jaco Britz.
