Terex has introduced TRAC, a new vibration analysis system designed to give customers clearer insight into the performance, condition and long‑term health of their screening equipment.
Developed by Terex screening engineers, TRAC is available across Terex Materials Processing brands.
The portable, multi‑sensor system captures synchronised vibration data from multiple points on the screen box, helping assess screen motion, balance, resonance and bearing condition under real operating conditions. Results are presented in a clear, visual format, supporting commissioning checks, troubleshooting and ongoing condition monitoring.
By turning complex vibration behaviour into practical insight, TRAC helps customers protect performance, reduce downtime and make more informed maintenance decisions.
