The CRV2050 Portable Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) Plant delivers powerful performance in a compact, mobile design. Engineered around the proven 2050 VSI crusher, this portable plant offers a range of chamber configurations to meet varying application needs—from high-volume aggregate production to precision shaping.

The CRV2050 features an all-electric setup with optional single or dual drive motors, enhancing output and efficiency. Key design elements, such as diamond plate shovel-friendly platforms, an integrated lid lifter for safe and streamlined maintenance, and a 48-inch-wide discharge conveyor with hood, help improve uptime and material flow.

For added control and ease of operation, the plant offers removable switchgear with optional CCM automation, hydraulic or crank jacks for quick setup, and a dedicated 2 HP crusher lube system. Mobility is built-in, with a tandem axle configuration designed for fast, efficient transport from site to site.
