Terex MPS Exhibits at AGG1 World of Concrete 2019

Terex Minerals Processing Systems (MPS) will exhibit at World of Asphalt from February 12th – 14th 2019 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Staff will be on hand at booth number 35100 at the Indiana Convention Centre, ready to talk to you about the latest innovations. Terex® MPS provides a complete range of crushing and screening equipment to customers around the world operating in four key industries: Mining, Aggregates, Demolition and Recycling and Industrial Minerals.

David Quail, Business Line Director for Terex MPS said “World of Asphalt has always been a great show for us and we are eager to return for another year. We have an exciting year ahead in Terex MPS and plenty of great products to talk about. I urge anyone attending the show to stop by and talk to our experts on how we can help improve your business.”

Two of the key products Terex MPS staff will be talking about is the new CRH1111R and CRV 2000. Both machines are new to the MPS range and showcase the brands latest innovations.

CRH1111R

The new CRH1111R plant offers improved transportability, larger screen capacity, and low maintenance electric components compared to other equipment in this class.

This plant is smaller and more transportable with its 3-axle suspension compared to the longer, heavier, 4-axle CRH1313R plant. This new plant features the TI4143 impact crusher and a 5x16 2-deck inclined screen.  The crusher is hydraulic clutch driven direct from a 350hp Scania diesel.  All other components are electric driven from the 150kw generator.   With its large screen, wide conveyors, and low maintenance electric driven components, this is a highly productive, high value plant.

CRV2000

The CRV2000 portable VSI features the world renowned Canica 2000 Vertical Shaft Impactor, available in a number of chamber configurations. This highly mobile all electric plant comes with our latest CCM automation system and is available in both single and dual drive.

Terex MPS as it is known today was officially created in 2009 with the formation of several companies, who have an incredibly strong heritage in their own right.  These companies include Simplicity, Cedarapids, Canica and Jaques.

In 2018, Terex MPS was delighted to announce the re-launch of the Cedarapids, Simplicity and Canica brands under the Terex MPS umbrella. We believe that the rich history of these brands and their strength will enable us to continue and improve designing and manufacturing products by harnessing the expertise within these businesses.

MPS team members will be on hand throughout World of Asphalt to introduce these latest innovations and to offer their unique combination of experience and expertise to customers seeking maximum efficiency, performance and serviceability.
