El diseño y la fabricación de Terex Tower Cranes están totalmente reunidos en las instalaciones de Fontanafredda (Pordenone), una pequeña ciudad en el noreste de Italia, a igual distancia del mar Adriático y de los Alpes, cerca de Venecia. La planta de Fontanafredda alberga las áreas de I+D, producción, ventas, servicio y piezas. Un centro de pruebas dedicado situado en Polcenigo es el lugar donde se prueban todos los nuevos prototipos y las mejoras técnicas que aplicamos constantemente en nuestras grúas torre.

N&A James puts new Terex AC 40/2L all terrain crane to work

ZWEIBRÜCKEN – August 2, 2018 – Crane rental and heavy haulage specialists N&A James LTD recently took delivery of a new Terex® AC 40/2L all terrain crane. The Carmarthen, United Kingdom, family-owned company is growing steadily, and this new versatile 2-axle crane will help the team meet the needs of their customers.

“We were pleasantly surprised with how fast Terex Cranes was able to help us identify the right model and deliver a new unit to our yard,” said Kevin Green, manager for N&A James. “Our Terex Cranes salesperson, Tim Leech, got us what we needed fast, and we appreciated that.”

The Terex AC 40/2L crane is the most compact unit in the 40-tonne (45 US ton) capacity class and is well-suited for operations in constrained spaces. It has a main boom length of 37.4 m (122.7 ft) and overall system length of 45.4 m (149 ft), and with a total length of just 10.79 m (35.4 ft) and travel speed of 80 km/h (50 mph), the Terex AC 40/2L crane can travel on public roads with ease.
