Please complete the following information within 10 days of delivery of the equipment by the Terex South Dakota, Inc. dealer, to you. Upon receipt of this information your Terex South Dakota, Inc. warranty becomes valid. If the unit is in demo status, returning the card will serve as unit registration to allow warranty claim processing.
