TWS now have their own dedicated team of trained field service personnel who are based in the NI Headquarters and in Louisville, USA, but will service the global marketplace in conjunction with our dealer network. They are available through the helpdesk for a quick response to help with any downtime on mechanical or electrical diagnosis. They can assist on part availability manuals, and advise on all aspects of the plant, from machine installations and maintenance to repairs and follow up servicing. Our team members bring with them years of experience and excellent knowledge of our equipment.
