Jaideep Shekhar, Managing Director of Terex India, has been honoured with the prestigious title of "Equipment India Person of the Year 2024" in acknowledgment of his exceptional contributions to the industry and leadership at Terex India. This recognition was awarded to Jaideep at the 12th Annual Equipment India Awards held on October 10, 2024, in Mumbai, India.

Under Jaideep’s strong leadership, Terex India has experienced significant growth, reinforcing our presence in the construction equipment sector throughout India and beyond. Jaideep’s award is especially notable, as no one can be nominated for the award and no nominations are sought, only a jury of senior executives from India’s leading infrastructure companies can deliberate on the standout names from across the industry. The jury recognised Jaideep for his impressive leadership and his commitment to driving Terex India forward in a competitive industry.

Jaideep expressed his gratitude during the award ceremony, stating, "This award reflects not only my contributions but also the dedication and hard work of my team. I have been associated with the industry for more than 25 years, and this honour motivates me to keep pushing boundaries and lead with integrity."
