Felix brings more than 17 years of heavy equipment sales, product management, and business development experience to the role, with a strong track record of growing markets and building lasting customer relationships across North America and Latin America.
Felix comes to ADVANCE with deep expertise in the construction equipment industry, including senior-level roles in international sales and product lifecycle management with leading manufacturers in the volumetric concrete and compaction equipment sectors. His background spans dealer network development, machine demonstrations, go-to-market strategy, and channel sales — experience that translates directly to supporting the needs of front discharge mixer customers in the Northeast.

Felix holds an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Science in Industrial & Professional Technology from Indiana State University.
