The ADVANCE® FDB6000, a six-axle front-discharge mixer truck, is powered by a 425-hp Cummins engine delivering 1,550 ft.-lb. of torque. It employs Selective Catalytic Reduction technology to treat post-diesel particulate filter exhaust, with an electronic control module on the engine that automatically detects the presence of a concrete load.
The FDB6000’s front fender and bumpers feature a friction coating to resist rock chips, enhancing component durability. Two wide “grip” steps on the roadside front fender provide safe cab access, complemented by a third flexible hanging step and a staircase-style railing for secure three-point cab entry.
Additional features include a sealed compartment protecting sensitive electronics, such as the hose heat fuse, hydraulic tag fuse, and engine power components.
