Terex Ecotec showcased their latest innovations at IFAT—the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management—in Munich, Germany from May 30 – June 3 2022.More than 119,000 visitors from 155 countries attended IFAT to learn from the environmental technologies on display and find strategies and solutions to help alleviate their various environmental challenges.

Terex Ecotec were among the 2,984 exhibitors from 59 countries that presented their products and innovations to the booming environmental industry.

The impressive stand located in Hall B5, 405/504 and occupying 234m² was well received by visitors.  On display was the robust and versatile TSS 390T single shaft, slow speed shredder which was the focal point generating much attention.  The shredding chamber’s hydraulically operated door was open highlighting to all the unrivalled service access allowing chamber maintenance to be carried out with ease. 

Terex Ecotec’s latest shredding innovation, the TBG 530T high speed shredder took centre stage with visitors to the VDMA live demonstrations having the opportunity to see it up close and in action processing waste wood. Ideal for medium scale producers and powered by a 493HP Scania DC13 engine, the TBG 530T has been expertly designed to give operators unrivalled performance, ease of maintenance and superb fuel efficiency.

We saw a larger attendance than ever due to the continued growth of the recycling and biomass industries and IFAT 2022 truly demonstrated the value of face-to-face meetings.’’

Reconnecting with dealers and customers the busy team also captured new sales leads and secured 13 new orders— 4 which are for the recently launched TBG 530T which was the star of the show. 

The interest shown in Terex Ecotec’s world class range of mobile equipment reinforces their position at the forefront of the recycling market. With IFAT 2022 successfully completed Terex Ecotec would like to thank everyone who visited their stand during the show and look forward to IFAT 2024.
