This includes changes to prize activities, travel plans, or draw timings.
Anyone who tampers with the competition will be disqualified.
We’re not responsible for technical problems (e.g., phone, internet, software) or any injuries, losses, or delays related to the competition or prizes.
This includes issues with emails, SMS, phone calls, broadcasts, or published materials.
Submit only your own original work. It must not be published elsewhere.
All entries become our property and won’t be returned.
Terex reserves the right to use any and all entries during and after the competition.
If your entry copies someone else’s work, it will be disqualified and any prize must be returned.
We may take legal action if this rule is broken.
If a prize isn’t available, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.
Winners must follow all prize usage rules.
Prizes must be accepted as offered—no changes or compensation.
Please provide a current street address for prize delivery.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable
We’re not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
Winners may need to provide ID, proof of age, address, and entry validity.
If proof isn’t provided, the prize will be forfeited.
We’ll try our best to deliver prizes, but can’t guarantee re-delivery if returned.
Judges’ decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
We may rejudge if a winner doesn’t meet the Terms and Conditions
