We are committed to ensuring that dealer service teams receive the necessary support, stepping in when issues persist beyond the capabilities of the Helpdesk.

Dealer portal

The MyTerex dealer portal is readily available across a range of devices. It provides 24/7 access to key sales, marketing and aftersales documents. The mobile apps can be used in areas of poor connectivity so if you download a document once, it will be stored within the app for future use wherever you are.

Technical and Parts Helpdesk

The Online Technical Helpdesk has ultimately been designed with the aim of making it easier for service representatives to submit enquiries and to monitor the status of their service queries. Within the Customer Support Team, there will be a dedicated Helpdesk with a Team of Technical support Engineers who will be available by phone.

 The Online Technical Helpdesk can be accessed from a link within the Dealer Portal, making it much easier for you to submit a technical enquiry. -Go to my.terex.com -Select 'Sign up now' or visit - https://mp-helpdesk.terex.com 

Helpdesk App

You will be able to raise cases directly from the MyTerex Portal Mobile App, even when you are offline. The cases will then be submitted to Terex once you are online again. This does not replace the current Help Desk solution, but it gives you an additional possibility to raise cases also when there is no phone coverage.
