Customer Expands Granite Operation with Terex MPS and TWS Solutions in Thailand

A leading aggregates producer in Rayong, Thailand, has further expanded its operation with the installation of a 650 TPH Modular Plant and a 400 TPH Terex MPS and Terex Washing Systems (TWS) plant.

 

The investment marks the latest phase in a successful partnership that has grown steadily over the past three years. Following the delivery of wheeled plants and a Modular Screen Plant in 2024, and a 500 TPH Modular Plant in 2025, the customer once again selected Terex solutions to support increasing production demands at its hard rock granite operation.

 

Crane Lifting Screener Into Position

 

The new installation combines crushing, screening, and washing solutions to deliver a complete end-to-end processing solution. Designed for the challenging requirements of granite processing, the plant is engineered to maximise throughput, improve operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.

 

Installation commenced in April 2026, with equipment deliveries continuing through June. Installation and commissioning are currently underway, with the project progressing towards production.


The project includes:

  • 650 TPH Modular Plant
  • 400 TPH Terex MPS Plant
  • Integrated Terex Washing Systems (TWS) solution
  • Processing of hard rock granite material
  • High-capacity crushing, screening and washing capabilities

Once fully operational, the customer's Terex fleet is expected to deliver more than 1,600 TPH of aggregate processing capacity, supported by an integrated 400 TPH washing plant. The customer's continued investment in Terex equipment reflects the performance, reliability and scalability of the solutions already operating on site.

Three MPS Screenboxes Working In Granite Production

As demand for quality aggregates continues to grow across the region, the new installation will help the operation increase capacity while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

 

This project highlights Terex's ability to deliver complete processing solutions that evolve alongside customer requirements, supporting growth from individual machines through to large-scale integrated plant installations.
