Terex Finlay C 1540dp dual power

Finlay® offer a comprehensive line up of hybrid crushers and screeners that can be  electrically driven allowing the operator to power their machines using mains electricity supply where available. For versatility and flexibility the machines can also be powered by on-board diesel engine or gen-set for sites that do not have available direct mains power source infrastructure. 

When working in a crushing and screening train the hybrid screeners can be connected to upstream or downstream hybrid crushers that generate sufficient electricity to power the screeners providing significant cost savings.

  • J-1280 Hybrid

    The hybrid Finlay® J-1280 mobile jaw crusher offers operators the flexibility to power the plant either by an onboard genset powerpack configuration or connected to an external power source. Both power options provide operators with significant power, servicing and maintenance cost savings in direct comparison to a diesel/hydraulic powered plant. The machine is fitted with a high powered alternator that generates sufficient energy that can be used to power downstream screening plants or stockpile conveyors further improving overall fuel consumption and efficiencies of production trains. The machine features a robust Terex 1200mm x 820mm (47” x 32”) electrically driven single toggle jaw crusher.

This energy efficient and productive machine incorporates the proven Terex® 1000 cone crusher with direct electric drive, automatic tramp relief and hydraulic closed side setting (CSS) adjustment. The machine incorporates the Terex® 1000 cone crusher with 1000mm (40”) head diameter.
