The ADVANCE® FD5000 "Great Lakes" front discharge mixer truck pioneered the use of a compressed natural gas (CNG) engine in ADVANCE® mixers, powered by a 12-L Cummins ISX12G engine available in 350, 385, or 400 hp (261, 287, or 298 kW).

Featuring a five-axle wheelbase, the FD5000 "Great Lakes" Mixer Truck optimizes weight distribution for easier scaling when fully loaded and enhances ride quality.
