The Cedarapids TSV Series Horizontal Screen combines the high-g-force oval stroke motion with variable slope operation, allowing it to handle larger deck loads and applications, unlike traditional horizontal screens. 

With an adjustable slope from 0° to 10° in 2.5° increments, the TSV Screen adapts to a variety of applications, optimizing performance and increasing production. Built for durability, the TSV features additional steel reinforcement in the “rock zone,” ensuring industry-leading wear resistance. Optional bottom deck deflector plates further improve material separation and operational efficiency.

Available in two-deck and triple-deck configurations, the vibratory screen offers sizes ranging from 5’ x 16’ to 8’ x 20’, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of screening needs.
