Responsible Procurement Practices

We are steadfast in our commitment to responsible procurement practices. We assess suppliers’ sustainable practices, including the ways in which they support the protection of human rights. We expect our suppliers to be socially, legally, and ethically responsible. All suppliers must uphold human rights, labor, health and safety, environmental management, and business ethics practices that are outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct.

Our 2024 Terex Prohibits Modern Slavery Statement affirms our zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, human trafficking, or child and forced labor in our supply chains. We have systems in place, as outlined in our Conflict Minerals Policy 2024 Conflict Minerals Report and our Supplier Code of Conduct, to comply with conflict minerals reporting requirements.
