Meet Susan Balog, NSW Service Coordinator / Service SME

• How long have you worked for the company? I have worked with Terex since February 2007

• What position(s) have you held during your service? I am the NSW Service coordinator / Service SME but as we are a small group in NSW, we would consider ourselves all-rounders 😊 This is a bonus as I have been able to learn more about the spare parts department and sales departments. For a while I was helping with registering cranes for new sales and this was a great learning experience. 

• Favourite thing about your job? My favourite thing about my job is the people I work with both locally and interstate. I have a lovely group of people who are always willing to help each other when needed.

• How do you like to spend your time outside of work? Outside of work I love to spend my time with my family and friends. We are lucky to have all our huge group of family and friends around us and we usually spend our summers at the beach and we love camping (as the kids really enjoy it).
  

• Best memory of working at Franna? Too many to mention!
