We are pleased to share some exciting news within the MPS Americas Sales Team. Shawn Erickson has been promoted to Product and Applications Manager, effective Monday, February 2, 2026.

Shawn has been an integral part of our organization since 2023 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise in applications. His engineering background has provided a strong technical foundation for training many within our sales and engineering teams on applications and AggFlow. He also launched our monthly dealer webinars—delivering valuable product training and addressing questions with clarity and confidence.

In his new role, Shawn will oversee product development for the Cedarapids, Simplicity, and Canica brands and to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry. He will also continue to lead our applications function, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
