Cedarapids HSI Portable Plant

The Cedarapids® CRH5064 HSI Portable Plant is equipped with the TI5064 Horizontal Shaft Impactor. This crusher uses a high-strength, high-inertia four-bar rotor with a factory default configuration of two up and two down. It includes a heavy monoblock primary curtain and quick-change impact bars for efficient maintenance. Hydraulic assist apron adjustment and overload protection are integrated for operational safety and control.

The crusher is powered by a single 400 hp (300 kW) motor. A gas-powered hydraulic crusher hood opening provides easy access during service. The feed system consists of a removable hopper module with AR400 steel sides and a capacity of 19 yd³ (14.5 m³). The hopper features an offset taper design to reduce bridging when processing slabby materials. Material flow is managed by a VGF6020 Vibrating Grizzly Feeder, measuring 60" x 20' (1524 x 6096 mm), a full 8" wider than previous feeders, and driven by a 40 hp (30 kW) motor. The feeder includes sloped, bolt-in adjustable grizzly bars and a feed chute chain curtain to control material entry.

The plant design provides a large, unobstructed feed and discharge area to optimize throughput. All components are engineered for durability and consistent performance in demanding primary crushing applications.
