The Cedarapids® TI5064 Horizontal Shaft Impactor delivers unmatched performance for large-scale aggregate production, recycling, and demolition applications. Engineered with a robust 400 hp (298 kW) drive, this crusher combines maximum efficiency with advanced safety and maintenance features. Key components of the TI5064 are the high-inertia 4-bar rotor, monoblock primary curtain, patented hydraulic overload protection on both aprons, hydraulic assist apron adjustment, and a hydraulically opened hood for ease of inspection and maintenance. An optional blowbar jib crane and quick-release wedge lock system make changing blowbars safer and easier.
Built for high-tonnage and demanding applications, the TI5064 maximum recommended feed size to the crusher, pending feed material characteristics and blowbar metallurgy, is up to 30" (750mm) cubed rock and 40"x24'x10" (1000x600x250mm) concrete slab. These features maximize output while protecting the machine and operators.
