The Cedarapids CRS620S Portable Screen Plant featuring the TSV6203 Horizontal Screen is designed to increase production and handle applications not possible with traditional horizontal screens.  The advanced technology combines the legendary high G-force oval stroke motion with adjustable slope operation. Unlike traditional horizontal screens, it can handle larger deck loads and accommodate screen openings up to 6” inches, making it ideal for high-capacity material processing. 

The hydraulic system allows quick screen slope adjustments in 2.5° increments up to 7.5°, optimizing performance for various applications.  The combination of the TSV6203 "slant spring" triple-shaft oval stroke screen and the 40hp flex shaft screen drive, ensures reliable operation with minimal maintenance. Operators benefit from extra-wide walkways on both sides and the feed end of the screen, providing easy and safe access for maintenance. Built with a rugged heavy-duty conveyor system, the CRS620S is engineered to handle demanding material loads effortlessly.
