The Cedarapids TXW616T Portable Wash Plant provides a complete screening and washing solution on a single chassis featuring a 6'x 16' triple-deck inclined screen, this plant ensures high-quality material separation and washing. Equipped with adjustable water spray systems on all screen decks, as well as in the feed box and under-screen collection flume, the TXW Series effectively removes unwanted fines and ensures material cleanliness.

For enhanced washing capability, the plant features a twin screw 36" x 25' fine material washer that allows for the simultaneous production of four different materials—three washed and sized aggregate products plus a separate sand product. The unit includes easy on/off landing jacks to reduce setup time, while the heavy-duty I-beam chassis construction provides superior stability during operation. TXW Series combines rugged durability with industry-leading screening technology to maximize productivity.
