As the end-user and owner of the equipment, you have the right to access the raw data and metadata generated by your Terex products and associated services without charge. Upon request, Terex will provide the relevant data that is easily, securely, and (where relevant and technically feasible) directly accessible to you as the use, free of charge and in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
