Green-Tec^TM, a Terex brand specialising in tree care and vegetation management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Coilean Black as Commercial Sales Trainee.

Coilean joins Green-Tec with experience across several Terex operations, having previously worked in the mechanical design team at Prostack and Terex Conveying Systems. During this period, he collaborated closely with international teams in Ireland, Malaysia, North America and India, helping him build strong communication skills and effective working relationships across global teams and customers. In addition to his project responsibilities, he also spent time on the manufacturing floor at Terex Campsie, supporting production teams with day‑to‑day challenges. This hands‑on experience strengthened his understanding of manufacturing operations and product development, giving him a well-rounded perspective of the business.

In his new role, Coilean will focus on supporting market share growth across Scandinavia and Italy. His responsibilities include identifying new distributors and guiding them through the onboarding process, supporting the international expansion of Green-Tec.

Commenting on his appointment, Coilean said, “This role felt like a natural progression for me after gaining experience across manufacturing and design. I am looking forward to learning more about the commercial side of the business, while building strong long-term relationships with our distributors and supporting activity at shows, demonstrations and training events.”
