Incline Wash Plant

The Cedarapids TXW516S Portable Wash Plants offers a complete screening and washing solution on a single chassis, delivering efficiency and convenience for aggregate producers. The featured Triple-deck Incline Screen is equipped with water spray systems on all decks, in the feed box, and under-screen collection flume to ensure thorough cleaning and material movement throughout the process.

To remove excess fines and produce clean, high-quality aggregates, the plant features a single screw 36" x 25' fine material washer. This setup allows for the simultaneous production of four different materials, including three washed and sized aggregate products and a separate sand product from the fine material washer. The TXW Wash Plant is engineered for seamless operation, with a rugged design that provides long-lasting durability and performance in demanding applications.
