Terex Recycling Systems TAS-150 Air Separator has a 1.5m (4' 11") wide input conveyor with fully adjustable positioning and is used for the separation of waste by density. The TAS-150 is suitable for many applications, it’s robust solid design allows it to withstand the harshest applications such as construction and demolition waste, whilst also being suitable for:

Our standard specification includes a 30kW radial fan with an adjustable throttle valve and a fully adjustable nozzle. The light material chamber incorporates air recirculation and a hinged partition grid for cleaning. Operation and maintenance is made easy with free access to all machine components. TAS-150 is fitted with an 800mm (2' 7") wide heavy fraction collection conveyor and a rubber curtain for lights’ discharge. Also included is an electrical control panel with an easy to use control system.
The modular design of our air separator allows us to offer multiple options which will cater for your own needs and requirements, such as the optional material spreader module to maximise separation efficiency regardless of feeding direction. The fully equipped option provides the possibility of separating different materials into three fractions (ultra-light, light and heavy), other options include stockpile conveyors and onboard diesel-electric generator.
All options are retrofittable.
