Middle East Distributors Benefit from Specialised Training at Crespellano

Terex Rough Terrain Cranes is committed to hosting specialised training for its global distribution network. As the Middle East continues to be a hub for construction and infrastructure projects, a well-trained and knowledgeable distributor network is essential for the success of Terex Rough Terrain Cranes in this dynamic market.

Seven technicians, therefore, from three distributors across the Middle East recently took part in a comprehensive, week-long training programme at Terex Rough Terrain Cranes manufacturing facility in Crespellano, Italy. The training focused on crane use, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the training encouraged a collaborative environment where the technicians could share their experiences and best practices.

“Our distributors are critical in providing service and support for our cranes operating in their local market,” said Andrea Monari, Trainer, Terex Rough Terrains Cranes. “Training on the latest technologies and safety standards as well as operational best practices is crucial. It has been an intense but enjoyable week with a group of knowledgeable technicians, each of whom had a good background and attitude. The group were very curious and eager to learn.”

Feedback from the participants confirmed that the training proved to be useful both in terms of gaining a deeper understanding of the equipment and experiencing various models and technologies. Overall, the technicians expressed how they enjoyed the experience and will benefit from the knowledge gained.
