Informazioni sulle gru a torre Terex

Terex Tower Cranes Unveil Brand New Flat Top Tower Crane

We have been working hard in the build up to the release of the new CTT 292-12 flat top tower crane. This new crane boasts many fantastic credentials such as its 12 tonne maximum capacity and job length of 70 metres. This particular model is an addition to the 200/300 metre ton class enriching Terex Tower Cranes offering even further in this class. The CTT 292-12 is proving to be competitive with its impressive lifting capacity throughout the jib, with 5 metre jib steps from 25metres to 70 metres and each jib section fully equipped with safety lines and railings it is pushing the boundaries for safety in setup and for operators. This crane puts the operator first, the fully customisable settings means that the operator can be as precise as they want with the CTT 292-12. Terex Tower Cranes advanced and industry-proven electronics ensure that the operator has precise and accurate crane control. These electronics provide instant operating data for operators, this alongside the S-pace cabin known for it’s comfort and visibility means that the operator is able to fully focus on the job at hand and being as precise as possible. Wide glass panels, protected by side bars, ensure excellent visibility; multifunction joysticks and the 7’’ touch screen colour display provide simplified crane control and monitoring. The adjustable slewing seat and built-in heating and air conditioning system keeps operators comfortable, productive and focused on their work to maintain safety.

Setup is made simple with the CTT292-12, it can be erected by 1,9, 2,1 and 2,3m tower mast helping to meet the needs of the customers. This is beneficial also from an investment point of view, balancing both the investment and the crane height requirements, this alongside Terex Power Match which lowers energy consumption at the jobsite meaning it is as economic as possible. Getting live feedback whilst the crane is operation is possible as the CTT 292-12 is ready for Terex T-Link telematics platform. The crane can be equipped with the T-Link Platform for remote control crane fleet data anytime and from anywhere via the web to optimise efficiency and reduce costs. A wide range of real time data and a variety of analyses are available to assess the fleet’s performance. The crane also boasts Terex T-Torque. This new inverter technology with torque control applied directly to the slewing motors gives the operator improved control over crane movements. It allows the operator to customise gear speed, acceleration and counter-manoeuvre, based on operating conditions, such as load type, crane configuration (jib and tower) or wind speed. The crane immediately responds to the operator’s command, and jib slewing can be adjusted to be smoother or more powerful, giving the operator accurate control of load handling and positioning, critical on congested jobsites. This along with Power Plus which gives the crane a 10% power boost when needed means that this crane can handle anything thrown at it.
