Terex Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Carolan as Business Line Director for Terex Washing Systems (TWS) and General Manager of Terex Farlough.
In his new role, Paul will lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations across TWS and the Terex Farlough site. With a strong focus on performance, profitability and sustainable long-term growth, he will play a key role in advancing the business and strengthening its position in global markets.
Paul will work closely with Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Customer Support teams to further enhance the TWS portfolio, drive market growth and ensure continued delivery of innovative, customer-focused solutions.
Bringing extensive experience from across manufacturing and engineering-led industries, Paul has a proven track record of leading multi-site operations, building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence. His leadership approach is firmly rooted in lean principles and continuous improvement, with a consistent focus on achieving measurable gains in revenue, margin and efficiency - particularly within fast-paced engineer-to-order environments.
Paul’s appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Terex Washing Systems, supporting the continued evolution of the brand and its offering to customers worldwide.
