Fuchs celebrates 130 years of tradition and innovation.
Full three-day program at the Fuchs anniversary celebration in Bad Schönborn.
From 18-20 October 2018, Fuchs welcomed over 300 customers, dealers and team members from all over the world to celebrate the company's 130th anniversary in style. Founded in 1888 by Johannes Fuchs, at that time still a manufacturer of agricultural equipment and stable equipment, Fuchs has developed over the decades into a specialist in professional material handling.
A particular highlight of the event was the presentation of the MHL375: a new, state-of-the-art industrial material handling machine that is equipped with telematics and can be driven by either a diesel or electric motor. Florian Bender, Jochen Heidt, Markus Struppler and Claudia Fischer delivered a creative and thrilling performance when they demonstrated the key functions of the new machine to the audience in an entertaining and at the same time informative way. For the finale, the MHL375 dramatically took to the stage as it was presented to the public for the first time!
On Saturday, October 20, 2018, the anniversary celebrations ended with an open day. Over 3,000 visitors came to Fuchs in Bad Schönborn to experience an exciting, informative and fascinating day with exclusive factory tours, machine demonstrations and plenty of fun for the kids too.
Dominik Vierkotten, Managing Director of Fuchs, said “Our 130th anniversary celebration was a very important event to further strengthen the close ties with our dealers and customers, to present our latest product developments and of course to simply celebrate together. We had our entire marketing, sales, aftermarket, technology and engineering team on site to give our visitors the opportunity to exchange ideas with the right contact persons from the individual areas. A big thank you goes to the entire Fuchs team for their tireless efforts, which made the event a complete success."
