With the MHL320 MODULAR+, customers have the choice: diesel, electric, and now even fully battery powered. The specially designed modular drive concept allows the integration of different drive systems into the uppercarriage on a modular basis, without requiring further modifications.

DIESEL ENGINE

Proven for decades and now more efficient and cleaner than ever, thanks to state-of-the-art exhaust technology. From now on, you have a choice even with diesel engines: Deutz or Cummins. Choose your preferred manufacturer. Regardless of the engine manufacturer, you can reduce your share of CO2 emissions and negative environmental impact by using approved HVO100 fuels. This means that in addition to the known fuel efficiency of our diesel engines, you make an additional positive contribution to climate improvement through lower fleet emissions.

ELECTRIC MOTOR

On the way to zero emissions, FUCHS electric machines are the first choice. With FUCHS electric material handlers, you can do all your work reliably, quietly, and sustainably. The advantages of electric drive are not only reflected in lower operating and maintenance costs but also in longer component lifespan. Vibration-free drive enables extremely quiet operation, creating a comfortable working environment for the operator. Additionally, your machine is ready for operation 24/7 with no break times for refueling or servicing the combustion engine.

With our classic power pack variants, you expand the range of applications for your electrically powered FUCHS material handler. A small diesel generator combined with a special hydraulic pump provides enough power to ensure sufficient mobility of the machine. Perfect for driving from socket to socket.

ELECTRIC MOTOR + BATTERY PACK

Our latest innovation: Your MHL820 BATTERY+ can be operated at full power either in semi-stationary mode connected to the power grid or 100% in battery mode. Without any local emissions and with maximum performance. Thanks to the scalability of the battery pack, you decide how much battery capacity is needed. This means full flexibility and also saves money. Battery pack? "Yes" or "No"? Why not decide later? No problem, with Fuchs. Our sophisticated system allows retrofitting even after delivery of your electric machine.*

Special features of the new MHL320 MODULAR+

The newly integrated gear ratio in the distributor gearbox allows reduced diesel engine speed, resulting in decreased noise emissions and increased machine energy efficiency.

In addition, the MHL320 MODULAR+ is equipped with a new electro-pneumatically controlled reversible fan valve, which operates according to demand. New components with stepper motor control enable sensitive steering. The new MODULAR+ machine also features additional display indicators. For example, the hydraulic oil tank level is displayed in the main menu. Improved diagnosis and monitoring of electro-hydraulic components are additional features. Moreover, the time and date display is now automatically controlled via GPS.

Start of production will be in November 2023. The MHL320 MODULAR+ will be replacing the MHL320 F3.
