Launching the New AggreScrub™ P80: The Core of Modern Wet Processing

Terex Washing Systems has introduced the new AggreScrub™ P80, a high-performance wet processing solution designed for construction and demolition waste, excavation material and aggregate applications. Combining powerful scrubbing, contaminant removal and slurry management into a single modular chassis, the AggreScrub™ P80 delivers efficient material separation while maximising throughput and uptime.

Engineered for durability and performance, the system helps operators manage lightweight contaminants with ease while reducing operating costs and simplifying plant layouts. Its robust design, including weather protection and accessible maintenance points, ensures reliable operation even in demanding environments.

At the heart of the plant is the PowerScrub™ 60 twin shaft logwasher, offering high-efficiency aggregate scrubbing to remove clays, silts, organics and lightweight contaminants. The result is consistently cleaner aggregates, even in heavily contaminated materials.

The AggreScrub™ P80 also features integrated slurry and contaminant management. A large-volume sump tank and pump maintain optimal slurry levels, while a dedicated trash screen efficiently removes lightweight materials such as plastics and organics—improving final product quality and protecting downstream equipment.
