Our Team, Our Workplace, Our Communities

Terex is a competitive business that is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining strong talent.  We embrace diversity across a variety of dimensions and see it as a key to our success.  We believe that diversity in such dimensions as race, ethnicity, gender, culture, experience, and thought will ensure better decision-making and create a workplace where we continuously improve and innovate.

Diversity in and of itself is not sufficient. We strive to be fair and impartial in our decisions, ensuring Equity within our workplace. And we know that creating a culture of Inclusion and belonging for all our team members is essential. We are committed to all three elements of DEI so we can make Terex the kind of place where every team member feels valued, listened to, and appreciated.

We also established a DEI Global Governance Council to provide leadership and support and launched global affinity groups across a variety of dimensions to promote connection and belonging. They include:

  • Differently Abled
  • Early Talent
  • Non-Majority Team Members
  • Military and Veterans
  • Remote Workers
  • Women @ Terex
  • Working Parents, Guardians and Caretakers

At Terex, we believe in creating an environment where our team members can reach their full potential.  We invest in a robust training curriculum that is tailored to the needs of all our team members – from individual contributors to front line supervisors to managers and executives.  We foster a culture that is inclusive and engaging.

We recognize and reward strong performance that is consistent with our Terex Way values.  We provide fair pay, competitive benefits and flexibility programs.  In line with our Citizenship value, we encourage and support involvement in our local communities.

Healthcare Machine-Readable Transparency in Coverage (TIC)

Transparency in Coverage (TIC) regulations require health insurers and group health plans to create machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available. They must be made available on an open access website effective July 1, 2022. Beginning July 1, Anthem will publish the MRFs for the plans we administer and maintain. These files will be published on anthem.com and will be updated on the first day of each month. The files do not include any personal health data nor any personal identifiable information.
