As we look for opportunities to grow and diversify our Terex MP Environmental vertical, the tree care and vegetation management sector is an area where we can channel our expertise in providing efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. 

I am excited to announce plans for the launch of Green-Tec—a new brand that will provide a comprehensive product offering of tree care and vegetation management solutions. These will include a robust range of chippers, trommels, shredders, dedicated tree care handlers, tracker mulchers and mulching heads. 

We have significant and expanding global presence in the environmental industries with our existing business lines that include Terex Ecotec, CBI, Terex Recycling Systems and ZenRobotics. Green-Tec will add to these Terex MP Environmental businesses, where it will operate as a stand-alone brand while also benefiting from our existing engineering and manufacturing excellence, broader market presence, and efficiencies enabled by our global scale.

I am also pleased to confirm that we are ready to accelerate plans for launching Green-Tec with the appointment of Jamie Mairs to the role of Green-Tec Business Line Director, effective March 1, 2024. Based primarily at Terex Campsie and reporting directly to me, Jamie will be responsible for establishing a new team, launching the brand, and developing a product range, as well as developing a sales strategy and dealer network.  

Jamie brings a wealth of experience to this role, having been with Terex for six years during which he has progressed to become International Sales Director for EvoQuip. He has been responsible for leading the strategic and operational sales activities in international markets, as well as a range of sales supporting responsibilities, including the development and management of territory sales. He holds a Master’s degree in Product Design Engineering.

I am confident that with his strong commercial background, existing knowledge of Terex and notable experience in the industry, Jamie’s leadership will be a huge asset to launching this new and important brand.
