With an industry-leading side reach of nearly 32 feet, the TL48 has 500 pounds of bucket capacity plus maximum material handling capacity of 1,000 pounds. The key feature is when the upper boom is at a horizontal position it still achieves 800 pounds of jib capacity with the inner boom retracted at 23 feet side reach and 26 feet working height. The material-handling capacity is 200 pounds fully extended at 32 feet of side reach, where similar units have no material handling capability. The product is offered with an end-mounted Cobra-style hydraulic, articulating jib as well as side mount bucket and jib configurations.

The Terex TL80/112 is a versatile transmission bucket truck equipped with a hydraulic lift that can increase the working height of the aerial device by 32 feet. The boom of the Terex TL80/112 can reach a working height of 80 feet without the lift but the height can be extended another 32 feet and reach a working height of 112 feet once the lift has been enabled.
