To mark International Women’s Day, our team at Terex Corporation took time out to recognise and celebrate the incredible contributions of women across our organisation.
Colleagues came together in boardrooms across the business and on teams to view a special presentation streamed from our Coalisland Road site.
Our team in Farlough also made the journey to Dungannon Business Park, where both teams enjoyed breakfast together, a great opportunity to connect, reflect and celebrate as one team.
We were delighted to welcome guest speaker Camilla Long, from Bespoke Communications, who shared an inspiring and honest perspective on success in business, leadership, and the realities of building a career as a woman. Her insights prompted meaningful discussion and reflection across the room.
We also heard from a powerful panel of Terex women, who openly shared their career journeys from the challenges faced and sacrifices made, to the traits that helped them grow, progress and step confidently into their roles. Their stories were a powerful reminder of the importance of resilience, ambition and support.
The event concluded with a number of members of staff being recognised for going the extra mile.
